
Payment & Cancellation Policy
At BeautyOne, we value your time and commitment. To ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all our clients, please review the following payment and cancellation terms.
Retail Product Policy
All retail product purchases are eligible for exchange or refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
After 14 days, all retail sales are final and are no longer eligible for return or refund.
Appointment Booking Deposit
A $100 deposit is required to secure any appointment.
This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your scheduled service.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations made with more than 24 hours' notice: Your $100 deposit will be fully refunded or transferred to a future booking, based on your preference.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice: The deposit becomes non-refundable.
No-shows: The $100 deposit will be forfeited and is not eligible for refund or transfer.
